At FilmBus, we care about the rights of intellectual property owners. We will respect the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable U.S. copyright laws. Our platform gives around content and we try to make sure that all content is used righteously.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe any film has been uploaded to FilmBus without proper authorization, please notify us with the following information:
Your Contact Information: Your full name, address, phone number and email address.
Signature: The physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner to act on behalf of the owner.
Description of Infringing Content: Please provide a detailed description of the content including its location on FilmBus.
Good-Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the content was posted without authorization.

Our Response

If we receive a valid DMCA notice, then we will use our discretion to expeditiously remove or disable access to the infringing material. The content in question which has been posted by a user, will be notified to the user if they have anything to say.

Counter-Notices

If you believe your content was removed in error, you can file a counter-notice. This should include:
Your full name and how we can contact you.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Submission to jurisdiction of courts in Pakistan.
If a valid counter-notice is received bearing your signature and dated within 10 business days, the content in question will be re-posted unless the claimant notifies us that they have filed an action to enjoin you from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material at issue.

(a) an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyrighted work;
(b) a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;
(c) identification of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on this Site;
(d) your address, telephone number, and e-mail address;
(e) a written statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner.
We will surely suspend repeat copyright violators.
